  • We invoice the relevant agencies, hospitals and contracting organisations on your behalf.
  • As soon as we receive their payment we pay you.
  • Payment can be weekly or monthly.

Claiming chargeable expenses: include these with your timesheets. We include them when invoicing your clients.

Claiming non-chargeable expenses: complete our expenses claim form and submit it to us for reimbursement when we process your payment.

Vouched expenses provide greater transparency and accuracy overall. For vouched expenses, including travel and subsistence, maintaining receipts is essential to comply with expense policies and to facilitate seamless reimbursement.

Where receipts are unavailable i.e. unvouched expenses such as subsistence or accommodation incurred at locations other than the normal workplace, these remain eligible for reimbursement based on day rates, even without receipts. While this scenario offers more flexibility, meticulous record keeping is required.
